The Sober Docs exists to create a safe, shame-free space for women physicians who are ready to stop drinking and start living more fully.

This work is rooted in the belief that healing requires honesty, autonomy, and community. Not judgment, perfection, or labels. I believe sobriety isn’t one-size-fits-all, and no one should have to choose between getting help and protecting their career.

As a coach and physician in recovery, I’m committed to breaking the silence around substance use in medicine, especially for women who’ve been told to stay quiet and hold it all together. I approach this work with a trauma-aware lens and a deep understanding of the systems—medical, social, and cultural—that contribute to burnout, shame, and substance use.

I welcome clients of all races, identities, sexual orientations, body sizes, and lived experiences. If you’ve ever felt like the recovery world wasn’t built for you, I want you to know this space is.
